By commissioning me you agree with my terms of service.X. I will NOT draw:-Complicated mecha.-Complicated furry.Anything I feel uncomfortable with.The prices are for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial commissions always come with a 100% fee of the base price, for example:1 character portrait = 30usd1 character portrait for commercial purposes = 60usd.-Commercial commissions deadlines are required.-The prices for commercial purposes are to be discussed (Royalties may apply to merch).-The base prices may change due addition of backgrounds, characters, change of deadlines, Paypal/V-gen fees...etc.-A 50% of the payment is required upfront in order for me to start the commission, and the other 50% have to be paid after the commission is done.-While the commission is in progress, wips with a watermark will be send to the client for him to see the process of his commission. The client will have received the commission on high quality without any watermarks by the time the full payment has been completed.-I allow refunds ONLY before the commission has been started.-The client has only 3 free modifications during the process of the commission, any change further than those will have an extra cost of 30% over the base price. I call these "rounds of feedback" the bigger the feedback, the better the result. Any change after the commission has been completed will have a cost of 50% more over the final price.-All payments will be on Paypal (USD only). I accept banking transactions only if the client is from Mèxico.-Prices will NOT be lowered. I charge for all the hard work I had to do to get where I am with my art today.I, as the artist:-Possesses all the rights and ownership of the artwork.-I may post the artwork (giving credits) to promote my work, but I won`t uppon request.-I may ask permission for further usage in the future (like printing it in my artwork, using it for tutorials...etc).You, as the client:-May use the work for personal use only.-May post the finished commission online (with credits).-May print the work for personal use only.
